TRAFFIC FLOW FOR NEW FACILITY

An independent traffic study was completed during the planning stages for the new facility.  The traffic student was important to insure that school bus and parent traffic could move quickly and efficiently through the area.  The results of the study indicated that it is not necessary to widen the roads at this time.

Separate car and bus areas included in the new traffic pattern, as seen here, will enhance and improve traffic flow during the peak pick-up and drop-off hours.  A gate will offer greater security and allow our administrators to control traffic to and from the building during the school day.
New parking and travel areas will also enhance and improve traffic for athletic and special events being held at all of our buildings.  The gate will be opened as needed, allowing cars to move safely and more efficiently before and after all of these events.
